Cairn Outdoor
22 October 2026
Cairn Outdoor organizes small-scale guided hikes , bivouac treks , and packrafting weekends , both in Belgium and abroad , always with a focus on nature , movement , and simplicity . Born from the Les Sentiers du Phoenix initiative, founded by Julien and other enthusiasts, the project aims to share a common love of adventure through getaways in the forest , along rivers , and through valleys .
Excursions range from simple day trips to multi-day hikes. Fancy discovering packrafting , an activity combining hiking and paddling in an inflatable boat ? Numerous workshops are offered for beginners. Each outing is led by experienced guides for whom safety and respect for the environment are top priorities.
Cairn Outdoor also offers activities suitable for dogs . These outings allow you to exercise together in nature , accompanied by a dog trainer or veterinarian . The pace and distances are adapted so that both human and animal feel comfortable.
