The Rochers de Freyr , overlooking Freÿr Castle and the Meuse River, are one of the most popular climbing areas in the Ardennes! Accessible to all levels, especially experienced climbers (grades 2 to 8c+), they comprise 7 main crags, 9 secondary crags, and numerous different climbing routes. The Five Donkeys, the Lion's Head, the Pope… evocative and memorable names for these Dinant crags! Bolts are installed on most of the routes.

The rocks offer a wide variety of climbing routes, some very high (up to 120 meters). The view from the summit is breathtaking: the Meuse valley and Freyr Castle unfold at your feet!
